AD Authentication Time-out

This issue just started on Sunday, reoccurred just now.

Remote VPN login times-out. I've narrowed it down to an issue with the FW connecting to AD. The "Test Connection" failed. A reboot of the FW fixes the issue (Both times).

After reboot, the "Test Connection" succeeds with no changes made other than the reboot of the FW.

Can you direct me where to start with this issue? I can't find anything relevant in the FW logs.

This is an XG125 with 20.0.2 MR-2-Build378

Authentication is in /log/access_server.log. I have no idea if it will contain anything about VPN logins. Hopefully it does. I do know, however, that it contains logs every time you Test Connection. Perhaps…

So I don't think the "Test Connection" logs are in this file. If I do a tail -f on that file, nothing is added when I test the connection.

Any idea where the test connection goes?
