SFOS v21 - Control Center - Reports Widget not updating

We have this tracked internally and working on a Fix for this issue. 

Likely there will be a hotfix in the upcoming days for this and no need for user interaction. Stay tuned.

For this device hotfix option is disabled, please enable the hotfix & wait for 24 hours

is there a reason why it is disabeld by default? i think i have to check our other 8 FWs now, too.

is there also a new version number shown after the hotfix is applied? or how do i know if it is installed?

We removed the Hotfix Option from the Webadmin a while back. If you disabled it before that, it remains disabled. 

Hotfix was always enabled per default. You could have disabled it for a reason? 

ok, now i checked all FWs and enabled it.
i think now i know why it was disabled on a few devices, because we tried to configure them with central, and in central the option is still showing, but i dont know if it is enabled or disabled by default.

Two thoughts: 
Console Changes are included in a Backup, so if you restore the backup, it still remains disabled. 

Additionally, we did not remove this option via CM (yet). So you can still control it globally. We highly encourage customers to leave Hotfixes enabled. 

Hotfixes are also enabled per default, if you create a new group. 

Hi Peter, I agree with Luca - SFOS have this option enabled by default - so it could get disable via SFOS CLI or by restoring such configuration (via locally or via CM) where this option was disabled already. 

Have you kept it enabled on your central group policy ?

We could cross check this if you're not sure - is that possible for you to share your support access via DM  ?

i now enabled it in Central as well, but i cant remember why i disabled it in the past.

I see, that explains why it came disabled on your filrewall - any new SFOS joins your group this options setup disabled due to central policy. Please keep it enabled on central.

but Build-Number or SFOS Version did not change. Isnt there any possiblity to check if a hotfix is applied?

We can check in console using this command > cat /conf/last_hotfix_status This will give you the hotfix number & it should be 755.
