I’m currently facing some connectivity challenges with my network setup. My PABX and SIP systems are working fine—they respond to ping requests, so they’re definitely online. However, I can’t seem to get any incoming connections from the PABX to my Sophos firewall.
The outbound connections from the PABX are working without a hitch, but it’s like there’s a barrier preventing incoming traffic from reaching the Sophos. I suspect it might be a configuration issue with the firewall, possibly related to the NAT rules.
I’ve attached a diagram and a screenshot of my NAT rules for reference. I’d appreciate any insights on what might be causing this issue and how to resolve it!
