IPsec Remote Access not Receiving traffic

I need some assistance please. Also i am new here, in the community.

My ipsec remote access sends traffic but does not receive. See the screenshots of my configuration:

Please re verify the configuration as per the below link :

As per the screenshot firewall rule is not proper.

Remove Media_OPS_VPN and keep any and add same object under Destination network.

You can also add 172.0.2.x/x network under Source network ..
