DNS CNAME? Google Safe Search Enforcement

Forgive me but I forgot if this is even possible with the XG 330. I am trying to enforce Google Safe Search via DNS with Web Proxy Filtering turned OFF because its blocking a Desktop web app's connection and I have no clue how to fix it other than turning the feature off completely. With that said Google Safe Search enforcing does not work with it off so how can I add a few DNS CNAME Records to always redirect for the enforcement?

you can setup web exceptions and application exceptions, though you will need the proxy use the web exceptions in your web policies. There is a KBA on the subject, I will try to locate and update this thread with a copy.
