Hi, using a Sophos XGS unit and trying to send a multifunction copier scan to email function to users.
We have the XGS setup as an MTA for email purposes. We have the IP Address of our copier set as an allowed relay. We have a policy exception for that IP address to skip all scanning services. We still end up seeing it take several minutes before it delivery to our on premise exchange server.
Does anyone have any suggestions of what to check?
