User assigns always to just one AD group

Hello,

I have a problem with a user who belongs to several groups in my Active Directory.
Two of these groups are present in my XGS. However, the user on the XGS is only a member of one group, and for organizational reasons I don't want to use this group for the web filter but rather the other group.
The users are synchronized via the Sophos Heartbeat. The order of the groups on the XGS is defined so that my preferred group is higher than the one I don't want to use.
Nevertheless, the user is only sorted into this one group each time.

What am i doing wrong?

    The "Other group memberships" within user-list stay empty?

    if you (temporary) remove the first group, is the second assigned then?

    The missed group is not the "primary group" for the user within AD? (this one can't be used ... i think)
