Is there a limit to the number of IP aliases per interface?

That is a reasonable number and no problem. The only thing is the: The Webadmin will require you to scroll to see all the interfaces.

As far as i know, there is no technically limitation, which a customer faced. What is your alias count?

There are currently 17, but there may be up to 32 in the future. I have a /23 network cut into /28 subnets.
