Not able to access a website

I am trying to access the website https://uae.tweb.ttfuel.com/v2/. Its accessible outside the office network. But its not accessible inside the network. Its saying site can't be reached. I am using Sophos xg firewall and I am new to Sophos. I think firewall is blocking the website. So what should i check?

  • You can check how Sophs categorizes a website by submitting the URL at https://intelix.sophos.com/. In this case, the URL is not detected as malicious and is categorized as General Business. So, unless you have web filtering on the firewall configured to block General Business URLs, it's unlikely to be blocked based on that.

It's always possible that a firewall rule or some other policy is blocking the IP address. It's also possible that the problem is related to DNS; most likely, you'd be using different DNS servers off network and on network. The various firewall logs should help determine whether the URL is being blocked. If not, it may require some further network troubleshooting.
