Sophos Firewall Home deactivated

I am writing to seek assistance regarding an issue I am facing with my Sophos Firewall. I am currently using the free version of the Sophos Firewall. Recently, after changing my IP address, I noticed that the system stopped downloading updates and all modules in the Xstream Protection bundle, except for the Base Firewall, have transitioned to Deactivated mode. This is despite their validity being listed until December 31, 2999.

What to do?

    Hi,

    more than likely means your ISP has blocked access to the update sites and your licence has timed out. Check the logviewer for details.
