After firmware upgrade from v.19 to v.20, HA failed to work and currently we are running on one FW.
I have upgraded a few firewalls from V19 to V20 and did not have any problems so far.
What have you tried already to fix it?

I had the same issue after the upgrade to v.20. In my case, the IP of the auxiliary appliance was reseted to the default value (172.16.16.x or something like this). After changing the IP to the right value, HA worked fine again.
