Sophos XG 125 dropping Wasabi Cloud Storage despite Exceptions

Hello,

I have 2 XG firewalls running V20 (latest) that are not allowing the connection despite being added directly as exceptions below.

s3.wasabisys.com
^([A-Za-z0-9.-]*\.)?wasabisys\.com/
^([A-Za-z0-9.-]*\.)?s3\.wasabisys\.com/

And
s3.us-east-1.wasabisys.com
^([A-Za-z0-9.-]*\.)?s3\.us-east-1\.wasabisys\.com/

When I go to test the rules it shows these are excepted but when I try to connect https://s3.us-east-1.wasabisys.com/wasabi-tools/wasabi_connectivity_test/wasabi-Connectivity-tester-windows.rar I get ERR_CONNECTION_RESET. Any ideas on how to fix this?

Not having this issue at all on any of my new XGS units. Very odd.

    Please post a copy of your firewall rule and the logviewer entries the failures.

    Do you have the XG CA installed and are you using the web proxy?

    It is odd that this worked forever and just stopped about 10 days ago. Looks like adding an explicit firewall rule fixed this issue but I'm still confused about how it magically stopped working and only on my XG boxes NOT on my newer XGS's.
