We are trying to configure sophos access points APX 530, the access points we have accepted them.. after initial configuration they remain inactive

please also confirm, the APX can reach all required Sophos domains in your firewall logs.

which version of XG are you running?

Where is the APX530 registered, XG or CM?

HI l upgraded firmware version from 19.1.0 to 19.5.4, and after that l installed the pattern updates for AP firmware and it worked.. they became active
