Change AD Domain name for IPSec

Hi

Our staff currently VPN using the Sophos Connect client over IPSec with AD authentication.

We are having a rebrand so will be changing our external domain name. But we will be keeping our old one.

How do I confirgure AD and Sophos to use the new domain for authentication.?

Our AD domain is.local

We add our external domain mycompany.org.uk to the userPrincipalName of every user

The external domain is configured in the AD server authentication settings.

I know I can leave it as it is, but I was wondering if all I need to do is change the domain in the Sophos XG AD server sertting and in the users AD account?
