IPv6 gateway is not work

Hello everyone.
I had some trouble setting up the XGS136.
I have set up an IPOE connection, but the gateway is not enabled.
I think this is the reason, but I can't connect to the internet.
I have the settings as shown in the image, but is there something wrong?

  • Thank you everyone. When I set the settings to automatic as suggested, the gateway got a green status. The address fe80 was automatically set. Will it come from the ISP? However, it seems that it is still not connected to the internet. Even if I try to look up the name, the result will be blank.

    Best regards

  • Hi,

now you have sorted out the wan IPv6 link status, you need to review your firewall rules. You appear to have too many link local addresses when you should be using the IPv6 address range your ISP has assigned you for internal traffic which will be different to the external (WAN) /64 address. The link local addresses are not routable. Your bridge should have a 2400: type address not the link local for its static address.

  • Thank you. sir.

    Is this what it means?
I created an interface identifier from the MAC address.

But it doesn't connect to the internet.
I thought I had set all firewall rules to pass through.

The strange thing is that ping from port2 to ipv6.google.com does not pass.

    Best regards

  • Your Wan and LAN should be in different /64 address ranges.
