I do not know if this will help or not, but are you certain about the "manual" setting under "IPv6 Configuration"?  Have you tried "Auto" instead to let the Sophos auto-negotiate the connection?

I leave mine configuration on "auto" since my ISP does not advertise or promote IPv6 nor do they provide IPv6 configuration information.

where does the fe80 address you are testing to connectivity come from? If as suggested you change to automatic IPv6 assignment what addresses do you receive?

I suggest you change the test address to the google IPv6 DNS - 2001:4860:4860::8888

Thank you everyone. When I set the settings to automatic as suggested, the gateway got a green status. The address fe80 was automatically set. Will it come from the ISP? However, it seems that it is still not connected to the internet. Even if I try to look up the name, the result will be blank.

Hi,

now you have sorted out the wan IPv6 link status, you need to review your firewall rules. You appear to have too many link local addresses when you should be using the IPv6 address range your ISP has assigned you for internal traffic which will be different to the external (WAN) /64 address. The link local addresses are not routable. Your bridge should have a 2400: type address not the link local for its static address.

Your Wan and LAN should be in different /64 address ranges.
