WAF wkth https not working

Hallo everyone,

I am facing with an issue in sophos XG with web server protection.

I have created a WAF rule and redirect my alias ip to my webserver through HTTPS 443 select my certificate *company.com and add my webserver host my company.com but unfortunately when in browser trying to get access my company.com I get the website is not reachable in you UTM firewall it works but the company decided to move from UMT to XG is there any idea

    Hi Bharat, thanks a lot for sharing the documentation and your end-to-end support, the problem is solved now and I can get access to the web server with HTTPS protocol

    Thanks Nazir Heravi  for your update here.

    We discovered that the server was linked to Sophos UTM rather than Sophos XG, which is why it was functioning with Sophos UTM and not Sophos XGS.

    By altering the network architecture, we have configured Sophos XG as the gateway rather than Sophos UTM.
