Sophos RED reset

Hello,

when I reset a Sophos RED. Which unlock code do I need to reintegrate the RED? Is it enough if I use the current one or do I have to use the 1st code? I think the current code is stored with the provisioning service. Is that correct?

OK, so if you are resetting this RED because it is unresponsive or unreachable, then it doesn't matter when you delete the existing config object. You need the unlock key when defining a new connection…

You need the last code. You need to reconfigure it afterwards.

Okay thank you! Should i delete the RED first an then do a reset. Or can i do a reset an after this i can delete the RED and reconfigure again?
