VPN Users unable access the hosted servers

Hello All,

             We have hosted a web server that can be accessible on both LAN and Public networks(with DNS). but only VPN users are not able the server with its public IP and domain after connecting the VPN (IPSec and SSL). Please guys need your guidance to resolve this issue.

  • Are you tunneling all traffic to the VPN or are you using split tunneling?
    If you're sending all traffic to the tunnel, you may need to create a loopback NAT rule for your VPN-clients to be able to reach your inside server through its external IP.
