Backup & Restore

Ho there,

I have an XG210 V18.5 , I've purchased a new server to replace it with a Virtual appliance . I've reserve 8 NIC for the new Virtual appliance firewall

I take a backup from the XG firewall , but when I try to restore it on the new virtual appliance ,  I got the dreaded "Backup cannot be restored on current device" message.

I've do factory reset in the virtual appliance and retry to restore ,but no way . same message appears

please help .
