Firewall XG Register registration field disabled or blocked.

Hey guys!

Just installed the last version of Firwall XG and the registration field is grayed! Feels like its blocked.

Has anything changed in the registration/activation process? I didn't find anything new in the documentation.

    It is greyed, if you already used that Serialnumber for that device. You see a serialnumber entered there. 
    What is your situation? Do you want to use home firewall?

    I do not know what happened. The only thing performed before activation was the update. We reinstalled the firewall and the problem did not happen again. I think a good practice right after installation is to run the firewall registration
