Error upgrade to SFOS 19.5.3 on a XG550

Question

Good day Sophos Firewall community, 
 Please help, we have a XG550 appliance and we are not able to upgrade firmware to SFOS 19.5.3. We are receiving the following error when upgrading: 
 New firmware could not be uploaded. Please refer to online help for possible reasons 
 
 Also, have this message on the control center: 
 You can't upgrade to 19.5 MR1 and later versions. Routes configured through the Zebra advanced shell CLI commands in earlier versions become unavailable in these versions. See KB-000044696. 
 Followed but could find a solution 
 Please help.

# cat zebra_cli_routes 
 Remove them from the file 
 router(config)# exit router# write Configuration saved.. router# router# router# exit 
 
 Hope it helps. Support did it and worked.
