Unable to access a website

we are using Sophos XG210 SFOS 19.5.3

We are unable to access a website on the internal network. If we do a traceroute to the website IP, its coming out with t wrong link which for cameras. We tried to create an SD-WAN profile for the users to use the primary link

Hi, you don't need SD-WAN, you need a firewall rule allowing traffic between the LANs. Ian

so we have changed the route precedence, the website is now opening

you can help on the firewall rule

the route precedence is now affecting the OSPF routing

Firewall rule

zone LAN, Network source network, destination zone LAN, network LAN where device is, service any, allow, log. And put at the top of your rule list.

Here we trying to open a portal which is not hosted in the local area network and its not part of our network. When we open any other site we are being directed through the right link but this only one site is using the VLAN for the CCTV and the cause i think is routing because when we changed the precedence it worke......
