Hi,

what does these logviewer show? Do you have decrypt and scan enabled for these sites, if so disable because most streaming does not work with decrypt and scan.

Decrypt and scan are already disabled. I'm wondering if it is our service provider modem it has worked before without any complications.

you will still need to create an exception in the web GUI - exceptions to stop the SSL/TLS function scanning the traffic or you can add the website to the SSL/TLS exception list.

Hi Eric,

you really don't need the IP addresses of unless there is no associated URL. You could try without the policy check enabled.

Otherwise looks good.

Exception did applied and still have the same results 

Implication is more URLs or ip addresses are involved. Please try a rule with all services allowed, no other features and place it at the top of your rule list, with the your test PC in the allowed networks to restrict the amount of traffic. Connect to Disney and review logviewer while doing so. You are looking for ports used. Refine search to the rule number.
