Firewall disappeared in license management

Hello Sophos,

Since the changeover of licensing via Sophos Central, we have had a problem with the license of a firewall.

The firewall itself shows a license until 27 December. When I click on Synchronize on the firewall, I get this error message "Synchronization with server failed". The firewall cannot be found in the license overview in Sophos Central. Interestingly, the firewall is visible in Firewall Management and can be administered.

Now we want to extend the license, we have received an renewal from Sophos, but cannot activate it. All attempts by Sophos to make the license or the firewall visible in the license management have failed so far. Time is running out, we need a solution to the problem.

    Check the license screen with the used email address and verify this email address is your central account. 

    In any case, reach out to Customer Care.
