I operated a Sophos installation several years ago and I'm just now recently back administrating a Sophos ecosystem.
First issue, I've installed the STAS collector/agent on a domain controller, and configured STAS on the XGS unit.
In the STAS app, I can see live users being collected, but on the General tab it does not show any Sophos Appliances being served.
The config on the appliance is pretty basic, it's just collector IP address so I'm not sure what else to troubleshoot to get them to talk to each other.
Oh, I should add that the STAS app has "Test Connectivity" under the Advanced tab. I ran all three tests and they were successful, so I'm guessing windows firewall isn't an issue at this point, although maybe I'm wrong about what it is actually testing.
Anyways, any ideas or things to check would be greatly appreciated.
