SSL VPN not Connecting

I have downloaded the Sophos Client and Imported the SSL Configuration.

However I cannot connect below is the error am getting.

Below are the events.

    Hi eFrancis,

    We would need more information about the issue. Firstly, what is the firmware version of your firewall? Secondly, are you using any OTP mechanism in your authentication method? Lastly, we can get more information about the error by checking the logs from the firewall. Kindly check this kb-article for your guide: Log file details - Sophos Firewall

    While recreating the issue, kindly check the /log/access_server.log and /log/sslvpn.log

    The command is:

    • tail -f /log/access_server.log 
      • this will give you the logs regarding user authentication
    • tail -f /log/sslvpn.log
      • this will show you logs regarding connections with SSL VPN 

    Please share with us any relevant errors that you can find.
