Blank white screen after login after v20GA upgrade

Hello, 
 
 I'm very new the Sophos XG Firewall. Curerntly playing with the home use free edition for the last few months. 
 
 Today the firewall prompted me to install new firmware V20 GA something. 
 
 After upgrade and reboot I now get a blank white screen after login. 
 
 Firewall still works but I have no admin access anymore. 
 
 Have not create a support ticket yet. 
 
 Done the browser cache, settings, cookies clear etc. Different browser, different device. all show the same bank page after admin login. 
 
 Any ideas?

Hi. I had a similar issue a while back. Can you try the following via the CLI (advanced shell)? You might need to use a SSH console. service tomcat:restart -d -s nosync service apache:restart -d -s nosync 
 Then, try logging into the firewall web UI again. This will restart the web server on the firewall used for the web interface. My original post about this issue: Site-to-Site IPSec Not Working As Intended - Discussions - Sophos Firewall - Sophos Community

Hello, 
 My first reply got caught in a spam trap and deleted. 
 
 Hardware is HP EliteDesk 800G1 with a PCIe Intel nic for interface #2 
 I did manage to connect via ssh and issue an ordered restart command which rebooted the server. 
 When it came back up I logged into the GUI and intially got the same result. About 15 minutes later I tried again and the GUI loaded successfully. 
 Case closed.
