  • V20.0 GA seems to have borked all the Reports section on our XG310 HA setup..

    No results showing for any reports regardless of filters, after 14 days of running.

    Also no graphs showing on Control Center for anything except Traffic Insight.

    Any ideas?

  •  Can you check if the garner service is running?

    Service -S | grep garner

    Possible to share the access id for Dev team to check?alternative you can share garner.log, csc.log and applog.log from device with  in Private message to me? -Shrikant

    I'm unable to check the services myself as I've lost the MFA for the default admin account.

    I have the password, so need to find out also how to turn off the MFA so I can regenerate the QR code, so any help with that would be appreciated, after we sort the reports issue

    How do I find and share the access id please?

  • I've failed over to my peer device the graphs and reports are now showing data from the failover time. With a huge chunk of data missing from earlier today back to when I did the upgrade.

    Would this indicate that the image on my primary device is corrupt somehow?

    How would I reload the firmware image for V20 GA manually to this problem device?
