Firewall stopped work

Hi ,

Yesterday my Firewall XGS 107 was working normal,

but today at the morning stops working , it has just status led and power led on,

when i restart the sophos , the blue led just turn on a few secs, 

I can listen that at least the fan its working .

Please Help Me

    Hi,

    please try removing the power supply connection then restart the xgs.

    also connect a device to the serial interface to record the error message before starting a support case.
