DNAT PORT FORWARDING - XGS2300

Hi Team,

I need to open PORT:10443 in "PORT 5 => WAN", in SOPHOS i opened it & create DNAT/Rules, in the ROUTER (internet) and serveir same opened.

but not working...

I can PING the IP Public, but the port not work. 

Network Diagram:

NETWORK CONFIG:

RULES AND POLICIES

I create DNAT

DETAIL

PORT 5 => 192.168.2.1 (IP ADDRESS OF ROUTER INTERNET)

PORT 1 => 192.168.2.2 (LAN (ROUTER TO FW) USER PORTAL FW)

CCTV_SRV => 192.168.108.100

PORT_CCTV => 10443 (TCP/UPD)

ROUTER INTERNET:

PORT FORWORDING
