Logging Report - "No Record Found"

Hi Sophos Community i have this problem that in reports says "No Record Found"

I am running SFOS 17.5.13 MR-13 and all my firewall rule is enabled log firewall traffic.

Already tried the manual purge option.

See picture below for reference.

 

Can anyone help me?

    Thank you for reaching out to the Community! 

    Did you configure any web filter/application control policy, or IPS with firewall rules? 

    Could you please check if garner service is running on your firewall? 

    Check out the following KBA on how to SSH into XG firewall: Sophos XG Firewall: How to SSH to the firewall using PuTTY utility.

    1. Type 5 and then 3 to access the Advanced shell.
    2. Run the following command: service -S | grep garner

    Could you please check if garner service is running on your firewall? it is running.

     

    Still "no record found"

     

    And also i already submit a support case in sophos support and they suggest a flush device report from CLI

    and i already did the flush device report from CLI and still "no record found"

    Thanks for taking some time to check this issue/problem.

    Sophos support was able to resolve this issue. It seems that the on box reporting is turn off.

    Just need to turn it on via CLI.
