Captive Portal

Hi All

I have sophos xg firewall 210 v17.5 and i configured match known user to authenticate when ever they need to access internet how ever the captive portal asks the user continuously 

here is the captive portal configuration screen shoot

    Do you know if the user is able to login to the captive portal? If yes, do not close the captive portal tab and open a new browser tab to browse the internet. 

    Enable "Use keep alive to maintain user session" on captive portal configuration and let us know how it turns out for you.

    Yes the user able to login and access internet. I already try "Use keep alive to maintain user session" but it's the same still
