Client Authentication Agent Display Issue in Mac Catalina

Having an issue with Client Authentication Agent on Mac Catalina. It is fine in all other supported Mac OSes. The issue is that the Set Credentials window does not display any info and has missing button text. Tabbing around you can see the boxes you are in and can enter data. But a normal user may not realize this. Attaching a pic.

What is the firmware version on the firewall?

Could you please try to re-install the Authentication Agent? If the issue persists, let us know.

Hi,

you need to switch of dark mode for the authentication.

Go to system preferences>>General and change the appearance. This would likely solve the problem.
