Intermittent connection using Sophos Connect Client

Hi to all,

Because of Covid-19 most of our users will be working remotely on the next few weeks, and we start facing an issue where the RDP Session keeps disconnecting, there are no packet loss and the connection drops for just a few seconds, I have already disabled DoS and ATP, what else can I check?
