No Link on any Port

Question

Hello, 
 
 I've installed SFOS V18 on a original Sophos HW (XG-125). For this, I replaced the SSD to another one. 
 After reboot, there is no LINK on any Ehternet Port possible. On the other side, I see on CLI a PORT1 Interface which has the IP 172.16.16.16 with State UP and Link DOWN. 
 
 I tired to connect: 
 Port1 to Laptop: Link down 
 Port1 to Netgear Switch: Link down 
 The Patchcable is working - I doubblecheked it. 
 
 What can I do?

 this is strange. Check all ports. Maybe the port order has changed. If it does not work, you need to reinstall XG on the new SSD and import the backup.
