Cannot access web console, SSH

I recently upgrade sophos XG firewall firware from 17.5.9 MR-9 to 17.5.10 MR-10. after the upgrade i was unable to login to web console and to login using SSH even. this is resolved by restarting the firewall. but this issue keeps on coming. also firewall does not pass the traffic time to time. please advice me of how to rectify this issue. this is top urgent.
