Webpages intermittently throw "This site can't be reached" errors

Hello,

I have a strange one for one customer with a mixture of Windows 7,10 and OSX clients (approx 100)

Webpages will occasionaly not load and show the browsers standard "This site cannot be reached", however if refreshed, work like a charm.

I cannot see anything in the logs stopping this, I have tried with PS off etc, and the XG is not overloaded.

Any suggestions?

    Hi ccs123,

Could you please check if you have more than one ISP link? If yes, please check if you have firewall rule with WAN link load balancing?

If you have above configuration, it could be the issue with one of the ISP link. Please check the status of the of the gateway by navigating to Configure > Network > WAN link manger.

    Thanks,

  • I have one WAN link with 2 gateways, the gateways are configured as primary and secondary on the WAN access firewall rule. I cannot seem to configure the WAN in any other way (one WAN link with 2 gateways)

I am using 17.5.10 - come to think of it, it coincides with the upgrade from 17.5.9..

My clients connect to the DC, which then forwards to the XG, which then connects to google DNS, I cannot any problems with this?
