Thanks for the responses, guys. I have attached all of the firewall rules and a lookup for a blocked website (pron!). Just really weird.

I just got home from work. I figured out that it was the Sophos Endpoint that I am using the free trial for that was blocking everything. I expected that the settings would sync with the firewall as I had linked them on Sophos Central but I guess not.

However, I really want to figure out why the Default Workplace Policy is listed as in effect even though it isn't in any firewall rule. Has anyone seen this before? This is a fresh install.

William from your screenshot it seems to be the only lan to wan firewall rule so this is the only rule that matches the traffic so I do not see anything strange.

I guess, he is talking about the Web general page, which indicates, that a rule is used. 

If you delete those default rules, which are disabled, will there be still a ticker? 

I deleted ALL the rules and categories and then the ticker went away. I then created a new LAN to WAN default policy and now everything works. Thank you!
