Sophos XG Home 17.5: Default Workplace Policy Applied Despite Not Activated On Firewall

Question

I am running Sophos XG Home 17.5. After setup, there is only the #Default_Network_Policy on the firewall, and there is no web policy activated. However, on the Web tab, the Default Workplace Policy is shown as active, and I can confirm that the websites are being blocked. Is there a way to figure out why this is happening? Thank you.

I just got home from work. I figured out that it was the Sophos Endpoint that I am using the free trial for that was blocking everything. I expected that the settings would sync with the firewall as I had linked them on Sophos Central but I guess not. 
 However, I really want to figure out why the Default Workplace Policy is listed as in effect even though it isn't in any firewall rule. Has anyone seen this before? This is a fresh install.

I deleted ALL the rules and categories and then the ticker went away. I then created a new LAN to WAN default policy and now everything works. Thank you!
