After setting up Azure from scratch again and configured the Route table, subnets etc. I then set up Sophos XG, SSL vpn is downloaded but getting this error message

it's trying to connect VPN but keeps failing. I have FW Static IP in the appropriate field this time. however still failing to connect to VPN. The purpose of this VPN to be able to RDP to the webservers i have set up in Azure.
