XG Quarantine Digest does not appear

Hello,

I migrated last week from UTM to XG. I made the configuration from scratch.

Problem is that the quarantine digest is not send to users. The testmail is working. We are using the MTA mode.

The Users are created by STAS from domain controller.

Someone have a hint for me what can cause this behavior?

for the quarantine, did you follow this KB?

If you are on v18, the configuration is slightly different.

For the second issue, please edit the thread and create a new one. One question per thread.

Quarantine Report needs the user with the matching Email.

Does STAS sync the proper Email to the users?

I followed the KB but did not the last step with checking the box next to the user. I am sorry for that!

So problem solved.
