Captive portal issue

I use sophos XG 450 as a proxy gateway and handling more than 300 clients. I already sync this proxy with AD server.i have two problems.

1. When i log in to net with captive portal it automatically redirect to another captive portal window SOMETIMES. i want to know how i can fix this.

2.sometimes automatically log off function not work when i close captive portal window

If someone have any experience like this???

I already openned a ticket to sophos..

    You can change behavior in both 17.5 and 18.0.  The same underlying settings are in both, but v18 is much better organized and clearer.

    As for authenticating and then getting another captive portal prompt, maybe you have a problem with timing.  If you just ignore the second Captive Portal and browse, does it work?
