XG 17.5.9 MR9 HowTo log 'Tiny,tiny' package - XG not Logging Traffic of Honeywell Security

Hi,

title says all.

How do i log Tiny (small) packages that our Honeywell Security System sends out to secruity team?

I enabled logging with XG but i only see the traffic after a few month (in 255.06 MB, out 282.49 MB)
