Strange sawtooth pattern in CPU usage

Greetings,

Has anyone else started seeing this strange CPU usage. The system starts at baseline (4%) then every couple days ramps up 20-40%. As you see from the bottom graph it just started happening on Jan 7th. The last firmware update was on Nov. 7th so I don’t think SFOS is to blame.

This is not an HA setup.

There might be a bug in 17.5.9. I downgraded back to 17.5.8 and so far (2 days) it has not shown the phenomenon.
