Wifi Problem

I have Problem with wireless connection, Sometimes the internet on Wi-Fi suffers from very slow and frequent interruptions
I have 12 APs and 2 SSID distributed on 4 floors.
Note that we have updated the Firmware of the Access Points.
Note there are 4 or 3  APs on each floor, which leads to a problem with the transmission Channels,
Where when making channels as Auto all APs are sent over the same channel somewhat,
so I manually renewed the channels , and we have removed the APs from each other as possible ,  however the problem persists.

  • Hi

For the WiFi issue, I would like to suggest a couple of things:

    > Please check that none of the Network devices between AP and the Firewall blocks or restricts traffic for Port 2712. If you're using Separate Zone networks, port 8472 also required for separate zone communication.

    > If you're using 2.4GHz channel, try to allocate channels from 1,6 and 11 as these three are the only non-overlapping channels. So make sure any neighboring AP don't have the same channels.

    > Try to increase or reduce the Signal strength of the radios if APs are near or far to each other. This will improve the connectivity area.

Further, check for any dropped packets for the users. When the issue persists, does it happen for all users or selected ones? The problem with WiFi is that it includes a lot of external factors.

    Regards
