Sophos AV Pattern failed to update in Sophos XG Firewall

Hi Muhammad Naeem,

What is the current firmware version running on the firewall? If updating patterns from the GUI is not working for you for some reason, there is way to update patterns manually.

Please follow this KB Article : Sophos XG Firewall: How Air Gap and manual pattern updates features works. This KB Article also explains manual license update but you should ignore that part and only follow the part that has steps for manual pattern update.
