Connect Netgear WIFI router to Sophos XG

I want to connect my Netgear wifi router to my XG.

The wifi model I am having does not support bridge mode only way is routing. I need to manage the device connected to the wifi router (printers, laptop users) for support

What I did is RIP routing. But routing is not working. See my below network diagram and configs

my wifi router settings

Is RIP routing an only option or is there anything else I can do to achieve it.

  • Hi ACP IT,

What if you connect the XG to a LAN port of the Netgear r6220, leaving the WAN port empty?  The Netgear r6220 can act as a switch + access point while the XG acts as the DHCP server, keeping everything connected to that port of the XG on the same network.  You'll need to turn off DHCP on the Netgear r6220 for that configuration.
