  • Hello Bingo,

If I understood you, you can create a Application Filter with these programs and associate it with a Network Policy allowing this traffic, but with the AV and IDS rules disabled.

  • Can you walk through an example, I could do them on UTM9 but am not sure how on the XG. I am having problems with Windows Update on windows 10. The updater will see there are updates but hangs on the download unless I allow all to pass. I know how to turn off the scanning for individual clients but am not sure how to do it for URLs.
  • Hello TalaRyu,

Let me check if I understood you:

You have enabled authentication with https scanning enabled in policy rule. Right?
And you would like to especify some URLS to pass without HTTPS scan. Right?

But these URL will be allowed for all users? If yes, you can use the HTTPS Scanning Exception
