Web Category Nudity - Exeption for single Domain

Hi,

I've activated a webfilter Profile where Nudity is blocked.

Now my wife asks me why all pictures on http://www.bild.de are missing. I checked the URL and find out that a subdomain bilder.bild.de is listed in the Nudity category. How could I add an exception to this subdomain ? It seems that I could only add filetype exeptions - thats not what I need here.

Jens

  • Hi MrJens,

We can accomplish this by creating a new URL Group: Protection > Web Protection > URL Group - as a suggestion maybe give it a name of "Exempt" so you can continue to add URLs and allow/block them accordingly.

After making the new URL Group you will need to add this to a Web Filter Policy: Protection > Web Protection > Web Filter Policies.

Depending on where the policy resides (above or below the already configured one) this should allow the site bilder.bild.de.
