autentication against AD - which AD is supported?

I´ve setup a connection to my 2012 AD, test works fine, connections as well. But all authentication attempts are failing.

Any idea?

Ok, works. THx. maybe there was a misunderstanding by me., Thought that with an AD connected it works itself.
